Intensely aromatic — black currant, blackberry, and dark cherry lead, with notes of violets, cedar, graphite, and dark chocolate. A complex, layered bouquet that evolves beautifully in the glass.
Palate
Opulent and full-bodied, with extraordinarily fine, polished tannins. The palate is dense and layered, with black fruit, mineral, and cedar notes that build through the mid-palate to a finish of remarkable length.
Finish
One of the longest finishes in the wine's history — over 90 seconds of persistent black fruit, mineral, and fine tannin.
