Tasting Notes

Appearance

Deep ruby with a bright, clear rim.

Nose

Violet, black cherry, and blueberry lead, with notes of dried herbs, cardamom, and a hint of dark chocolate.

Palate

Medium-full bodied with supple tannins and bright acidity. The palate is layered and complex, with dark fruit, spice, and mineral notes that build to a long, structured finish.

Finish

Long and spicy, with lingering notes of dark fruit and fine tannin.
