DAOU Vineyards was founded in 2007 by brothers Georges and Daniel Daou on a 2,200-foot summit in the Adelaida Hills of Paso Robles — one of the highest elevation wine estates in California. The brothers, who grew up in Lebanon and France before building careers in Silicon Valley, brought a global perspective to Paso Robles winemaking. Their flagship Soul of a Lion Cabernet Sauvignon has earned scores above 98 points from multiple publications, placing it among California's most celebrated wines.
